This is a Social Concern project of Gereja Presbyterian Malaysia run by Gereja Grace Batu Pahat.  Two full-time staff manage the centre and they are Mrs Mary Tok and Miss Tan Gek Boon.

The centre is located at 13-A, Jalan Pengulu Abdul Majid .  The centre will open on 1st March 1999.
